Why do I get this on my toe?

Lately I feet have been BAD.. why do I get this on my big toe? I get my feet done but what can I do to take care of this? It actually really hurts

Just looks like dry skin that’s peeling. It happens 🤷‍♀️

Those are plantar warts and they are extraordinarily contagious and notoriously painful.
STOP going to the nail salon, you can transmit this to other people and that's just not fair.
STOP walking around barefoot, you can trasmit this to your family members.
GO to the podiatrist and get them frozen off asap.
