Pregnancy test at the drs was negative 😢

I’ve just been to my doctor to confirm pregnancy. I’m nearly 4 weeks and done 3 tests this morning that all came up positive but when the doctor done one the line was barely visible. I’m so worried now that there may be something wrong.. can anyone help?
