Too much time pumping

I need some words of encouragement. My baby girl is 4 months old. I went back to work a month ago so I had to start pumping to get her used to the bottle. I feel like all my time is with my pump. Sometimes I have to let her cry just to take care of the milk. I feel so guilty like I’m missing out on her being little. But at the same time I’m blessed that I can provide milk for her. Just venting, but please give some words of encouragement. TIA
