Is it considered cheating if I asked a tutor to guide me through my university assignment? The declaration said I should be doing the work 100% on my own but I keep getting bad grades for academic writing.
So I thought of hiring a professional academic writer to guide me through my assignment and give me feedback. Is this allowed?
