LO won’t stay asleep during naps

Mamas I need help, I’ve posted before but I thing I worded it wrong... my mom and mother in law watch my daughter Saturday and Sunday while I work. The rest of the week I but her down for her nap myself. The weekends my daughter will sleep 1.5 hours with no problems. When I put her down for her nap she wakes up after 30ish minutes and I have to soothe her back to sleep. I don’t know of anything I do differently then the grandmas. Anyone have any ideas??
