Just one baby. They usually look around to check your ovaries and everything else at your first ultrasound. Many of us are not trained so unless she told you what it is, I have no clue.

I had a SCH 2xs already also and had my first bleed at 6 weeks I was terrified thought I was a miscarriage just take care of yourself and bed rest if you can I did.

Ultrasounds can be hard to read if you don’t know what you’re looking at....A lot of ultrasound techs don’t really explain unless you ask. The first one I had didn’t tell me anything and neither would my doctor...but I ask my new one all the time what things are and if I have a concern about something I let her know and ask her to check. Thankfully she’s willing to explain a lot to me instead of leaving it all up to the doctor but you can also ask your doctor to explain too!
