Best yeast infection cure?!

I already took Diflucan.. but its still burning.. 🤷‍♀️ anyone have better ideas? I hate the creams bc they make them worse and messy.

Fix your ph imbalance problem.  Start taking a probiotic for long term.  Now drink plain kefir, eat plain yogurt, avoid sugar and processed food.  Eat fresh food and drink lots of water.

If you wanted to do something more natural, you can always put some tea tree essential oil and frankincense (if you have it) in some coconut oil and put it in the fridge till it get kinda hard. Then you kinda form it into a suppository and insert into vag. But that’s only if you’re NOT PREGNANT!!! My OB suggested that when the Monastat didn’t work so well for me.

I use to get them a lot when I was pregnant. The 7day monistat is the best way to get rid of it. Yeeees they are messing ( I put a pad on to help ease that ) then after you do that start using summereve for washing that area. It helps your PH balance & helps prevent more coming. Since I’ve started using that I haven’t had anymore!
