So I found out I was pregnant at 3 weeks, to which I knew I was pregnant. I’ve had nausea, vomiting, sore boobs the whole 9 for at least 2-3 weeks. I kept getting negatives up until what i assume is 3 weeks. I’m almost 5. But since getting positive I haven’t been sick at all, felt nauseous, nothing. Sore boobs and tired only. Also I look fairly big to only be “4 weeks”. What do you all suggest? My ob nurse scheduled me for 09/01 but I think i should go in sooner?

I had a fractional d&c, tubal flush, endo burned and cysts drained on 06/12. I was able to BD within a week. In June I got my period a week earlier then scheduled as well. Maybe I conceived in June and not July? I just want some advice. My first pregnancy was nothing like this
