Is this common?

My 9 week old is able to sleep in his crib at night without any issues (unless he’s having an off night). During the day, however, he immediately if not 10 mins later wakes up when I put him in there for naps. The routine and room are the same and everything. Does anyone else’s LO do the same? Are they able to tell at this age that it’s daytime and that’s why he won’t sleep in there?

I’ve read naps don’t come until after 4-5 months. We do the same sleeps great in his crib at night but will only take a 30-45 min nap in the crib but can take a 2 plus hour nap with me so I usually try at least to put him down in the crib but usually just end up holding him to nap I have to go back to work soon so just enjoying the extra snuggles for now

So I learned with my first kid is no naps in bed. Used it on my second and worked wonders. Now on my 3rd ajf still doing it BUT I kinda wanna find a way to put him in the room cuz these kids are loud AF!  And keep waking him. (Stir crazy!!!!!)
Bedtime is normal routine. Every night. No mqtter what but time frame depends on his days. 
Daytime no naps in bed. Slight routine. Always make sure ye is fed, diaper, gis buddy blanket ect. And his daytime lotion. Then he goes onto the floor on his mat or he goes in his swing. No silence. Tv on. Music. Something so he isnt so startled when my otyer 2 take off through the house. Bright in the house. 
Night time is opposite. Fan and his music is on and its dark.

Night sleep is conquered before naps! So keep consistent and it will come :)
