Not sure who I am/ what I want

I am 26 & I go to Grand Canyon University online. I have dropped out of college twice previously (once due to money and another due to changing my career preference). I am majoring in Healthcare Information Management and I'm not even sure if this is what I want to do. I change my mind so often and I feel like I am at the point in my life where I just need to stick with something. While I go to GCU currently, I don't really feel like online school is a good option for me and I don't know if the school even has a good reputation. I have been going back and forth between paying off the amount I owe to the community College near me and getting a degree in radiology or staying with my current degree (a bachelor's) and just trying to push through.

Anyone have any advice?
