Domistic violence cases
My son's dad is very abusive, and verbally abusive every time I have tryed to leave he threatens me, and threatens to take my son away. I'm 22, he's 33. About 6 months ago we got into a argument and I decided to leave he called the cops and said I touched him (I don't touch him) because of the bruise they said he had I was arrested with 2 DVs, my mistake I didn't show the video of him and my step dad trapping me in the living room calling me a whore and refusing me to leave, and I didn't do a state ment. They said if I 6 months good behavior everything will be dropped since he did not show up. I was recently arrested again two weeks ago for a another DV with him I asked him to get a bottle out of the fridge and it was to early for him he said left bruises from my waste down I left the room, I told him once he was up I wanted him gone etc. He then continue d saying if I do not make it work with him he will put me in jail again. I went to work and the cops showed up and arrested me. The same one from the last time the cop said I was the aggressor last time so why should he believe me, (he put a bruise on himself.) wouldn't look at my bruises or anything. I had. A women officer take pictures when I arrived at the jail and asked for them to be with my case (she sent to that officer) I went to court yesterday and brought text messages and fb messenger showing he's the one harassing me know I'm worried about jail time since I broke my previous agreement. Has anyone delt with this?? How did it go? I'm extremely worried about jail time He didn't show up Again to court ,
I asked my lawer what he thinks is going to happen to my previous cases and he said more than likely will be reinstated.
he was arrested and brought to county for not following order (skipping rehab, not calling lawyer, for drugs etc) the court doesn't know he went to jail.
here's some of the messages he has sent I brought to court
Are son is 8 months and I'm pregnant currently so I'm not sure what to do sorry for the lengthy post
