My my son always used to have two naps a day. Me and my partner both had lst week off and the whole week he only had a morning nap as we was out most days doing stuff in the afternoon.

So back to work this week, he’s having a morning nap whilst being looked after and then another nap in the afternoon from 1pm till about 3pm. Since he’s been having these two naps he’s up till gone 9pm at night when he used to sleep from 7pm.

By the time I get home from work he’s ready for a second nap, I don’t know wether to try and drop this nap and keep him with one but when he doesn’t have the second nap he gets really moody and irritated so it’s hard trying to keep him up till half 6 for his bath.

Just wondering what everybody else does
