Feeling queasy help!
Hi ladies! I’m 5w6d and feeling queasy more and more each day. I am pretty active and eat whole 30- no sugar, dairy, or grains mostly because I have sensitivities to these things and normally feel better when I don’t eat those things. Any drops, remedies, anything?! I am also a teacher for prek kiddos with special needs which is a fairly active job so I’m feeling a little nervous to return to work!
Oh! And we’ve chosen to wait to tell family/ friends until 12 weeks and so not feeling good and not telling friends hasn’t been easy! Anyone else??
