We went for my sons 18month appointment today. He’s perfect other than being pretty short. He has low iron and the iron drop started ruining his teeth so I stopped the iron and started trying to increase h hi is iron naturally and apparently I have failed because he has only grew an inch since March. March he was 30 in now he’s 31 and only in the 8th percentile. I was looking it up and it said low iron can cause problems with growth. His dr didn’t say that’s why but I just have a feeling. She sent an order to see if he still needs iron but I feel like total trash. 😭😭 I plan to start him back after his labs if he needs it. He eats EVERYTHING. Veggies and all so I thought he Would he getting plenty of iron. I dont know yall. I just feel pretty crappy right now
