need advice asappp

I’m going to the beach on sunday (today is wednesday) and i’m gonna be on my period. That would be my third day on it and i really don’t know how to deal with that. I’m 15/I’ve never worn a tampon and i really don’t want to stay home because all my cousins are going and i don’t wanna miss out. what should i do?
