My husband won't let me blow mine up yet lmao. Im 34+4 and didn't use it till the tail and of my last pregnancy. I bounced for hrs the day before I went into labor so he thinks its better to wait a little while. He goes back to work on Saturday soooo what he doesn't know won't hurt him lol.

What do you do with it to help relieve your hip pain? Just bounce on it? My hips have really been bothering me lately especially in the evenings and at night! I wake up to go to the bathroom and have to hobble over like an old person until I loosen up lol
