I work 3p-11p ,3p-12a ,4p-1a, hubby at his work hrs varies. has a ship like tomorrow he's working 10am-6am thankfully I'm off.. in a couple weeks he will be working 14-16hr , shifts for a bout a week or two depending. my mom watches our daughter for us n now that school is approaching haven't decided if she'll be going for whole days or half days or all online when we work baby girl stays with my mom and she's sleeping by the time we get off now when she starts school maybe a bit different hubby n I are doing Fostering and soon hopefully adoption since we've put it on hold for to long how would I solve my work schedule

Want our child to have one of us home or find something part time like 9-1
