I’m not sure what this is and need advice ( waiting to hear back from ob). It’s not mucus plug or discharge and this is a new panty liner not even five minutes, and I already went to the bathroom so I hardly think it’s pee too

I had this too this morning when I woke up. Smelled like pee, so assume it was just from leaking during the night?

Seems kinda far up on the pad, more where your urethra is than your vagina. I would say it's most likely urine. Amniotic fluid is clear (unless you have meconium, or baby's poop, in the fluid) and that doesn't look like mucus, so can't be your mucus plug. Aside from that, it could only be blood or urine, and it definitely isn't blood.
Might sound weird, but have you smelled it? I'm pretty sure it's just pee. Even women with the strongest muscles have a difficult time keeping EVERYTHING in late in pregnancy because there's just SO MUCH pressure.
