I am having a natural birth (aka no drugs) at a birthing center in less than 2 months. Unless a medical disaster strikes of course.

I've been feeling strong and confident about labor until we were shown a natural birth video at my last childbirthing class.

We see a new video every class and this was "the most graphic" of all the ones we will see throughout the course. But it really stuck with me... like in a bad way. And the last thing I want is to go into it afraid! That will obviously make it worse.

How do I shake it off and get back my chill state?!
