Constipation?

Is anyone experiencing constipation? If so, are you taking anything for it?

Drink pear juice! The juice from canned pears works best. It worked when I was a kid and now works when I’m pregnant. My Dr said Miralax or Colace are fine to take as well. I just prefer to avoid extra medication if I can solve it naturally.
