Hey ladies! So I am 6.2wks today, yesterday we saw a heartbeat and everything looks good so far 🙌 however, ever since Tuesday afternoon I have been constantly dizzy and having vertigo (movement makes it worse) has anyone dealt with this? I mean its always there as it's going on a couple days I'm getting worried this will be happening for the next week or beyond. My ob suggested meclizine but it's not doing really anything 😥 I don't feel faint but if I really get moving sometimes I feel a little unbalanced
