Working out makes me bloated

I’ve been diagnosed with stage 2 endometriosis. Every time I exercise, I immediately bloat up, and stay that way for a day or two afterwards. It doesn’t seem to matter where I am on my cycle either.

Some people have told me that maybe it’s due to my diet, but it really only seems to happen with exercise. Plus I’ve cut out sodas and fried foods. I eat pretty healthy for the most part, and I haven’t been over eating.

I don’t want to stop exercising, but the bloat is almost too intense.

Does anyone else have this problem? If you do, how do you deal with it?
