Ovarian cyst and positive pregnancy test??

So Aug 2nd i got the faintest line and the 4th and 5th i got 2 more faint lines. I've been cramping, spotting, and hurting on my side. One of my friends told me it sounded like an ovarian cyst. And i read its rare but they can cause a false positives. Has anyone ever had a faint positive (multiple times) and not been pregnant?? I'm losing my mind....

You're likely pregnant. If it's a cyst causing a positivr test you need to get it removed asap cause it's not a good thing. But Its also really rare to have it happen. And you didn't get diagnosed with a cyst so don't assume it's one. Either way you got a positive test and need to see a doctor soon. Let them know about the pain so they can rule out ectopic
