Vaccine 2 month old

Hi mamas ftm here My baby boy went for his check up today and he got his 3 shots and cried a lot it broke my heart that was at 9 am it is 4 pm now hes been asleep for an hr he was fussin and tired I could tell he was sore and I accidentally grabbed him where he got two shots omg he cried I felt so horrible I was nursing him as much as he wanted... now he cried a bit in his sleep is this normal? Should I give him a bit of tylenol later for the soreness? What about a bath or a shower with me he likes that? He always sleeps all night 9 pm- 5 am idk if he will be okay tonight I am an anxious mother :( This is the part I hate about shots
