Should the students have been suspended?

The rest of the article is on insider website. I’m sure you can fine other credible sources besides buzzfeed and insider but I thought this would be an interesting discussion?

When I first read this, I immediately considered the possibility of the students being suspended for posting other students without consent. However, there’s plenty viral videos showing students in the background and that didn’t seem to be an issue before or even grounds for suspension. Which brings me to my second question, do you believe they’re “sending a message” just to keep schools open? Or at least push the narrative of keeping schools open?
