Spotting before BFP?

Did anyone have brown/rusty spotting for a week and end up getting a BFP? This was my third month on progesterone, which usually starts my period right away. I’m on my fifth day now of spotting/very light bleeding (usually brown, occasionally a bit of red). I’m about 14 Dpo and haven’t taken a test since 11 DPO (neg). Did anyone have this happen and end up pregnant?!?
