Is this normal
So a few months ago I lost my virginity to a guy I have known for a long time. We were not dating but we were just drunk and stupid. We haven’t really talked talked since witch is fine like we weren’t going to have anything after wards anyways, but now whenever I see him I shake. Just the thought of what we did makes me nauseous. Nothing bed really happened but I just can’t stop it, what should I do.
