Spotting two days after start of Vitex
Hello!
So I started taking Vitex two days ago to hopefully lengthen my luteal phase. After two days of it, I’m spotting a moderate amount like the same about that would be at the start of my period. My actual period ended about five days ago. I don’t know if the spotting is related to the Vitex and if so, I don’t know if I should stop taking it or continue. Any input is appreciated!
