I take my pill every day same time (sometimes an hour later) but I'm very good with it

2 weeks ago I had a bad scare I thought I had a miscarriage but it was the entire shedding of my uterine cavity i went to emergency care and had 2 types of pregnancy tests both negative but since then I've been incredibly paranoid and had sex for the first time since then last night and he came in me again

Should I get a plan B or is it unnecessary?
