How much caffeine can you drink while pregnant?

You can have up to 200mg of caffeine a day. About a medium coffee or a can of coke.
You can eat anything you want other than raw meat, undercooked eggs, and fish that is high in mercury. 
Don’t drink any alcohol.

I have one small cup of coffee in the morning then a cup of iced tea with dinner almost every day
As far as food, I try (not always succeed) to eat a good healthy diet. I don’t really avoid foods besides the obvious (uncooked meat, certain seafoods and etc.). I just try to eat a lot of chicken, steak and salads. Luckily for me I actually crave salads this pregnancy😂 and then obviously don’t drink alcohol (which is fine I don’t drink much anyway) I do make mock virgin strawberry daiquiris which are so good!

You’ll get a lot of different answers on here especially with women being from all over the world. I’m in the US and this is what my OB told me:
Avoid the following:
*nitrites/nitrates (found in hot dogs and other processed meats) 
*High mercury fish (tuna, sea bass, swordfish, etc) 
*High sodium foods
*Excessively fatty foods
*More than 200mg of caffeine 
*Fresh slice Deli meat from the actual deli counter
She said that prepackaged deli meat is safe because of different storage and handling procedures.
She also said to stick to restaurants that I was familiar with that had high standards of cleanliness- usually an “A” rating. 
Occasional sushi is fine as long as it is from a very reputable place with proper handling and storage practices and the fish is low mercury and 4oz or less. I ate it about 2 times a month after my first trimester. 
The occasional glass of dry red wine in most developed nations is considered to be okay and potentially beneficial (with the US being the exception- saying no alcohol is safe during pregnancy). 
These are the things I was told by my doctor. They are not what every doctor will tell you. You should decide what you feel comfortable doing during your pregnancy.

I think a lot of people go crazy about what they should and shouldn’t eat during pregnancy. I say, cut out ALL fast food because there is no nutrition there and it’s just bad for you. As for everything else, just eat a good balanced diet with home cooked meals and don’t over think it.
You can ask your OBGYN of what foods to “cut down on or avoid” since they usually have lists handy. But don’t kill yourself over eating something on the list. You can pretty much eat anything you want as long as you don’t eat a “no no” excessively
