Someone please be upfront and honest with me please.

I have had two blood work tests to see if I am pregnant. First one came to 65 hcg. The second one at 48 hours later was only at 92 hcg. I know this is not a good sign and have another appointment scheduled for Monday to do an ultra sound. My question is, is there any small percentage that this pregnancy will keep? Or am I bound to lose it?
