Can you have sensitive nipples only 6DPo?

Or it’s to early ?? My boobs never hurt but they feel extra heavy and sensitive. Hoping it’s a good sign

I have it noted that with my second pregnancy I had sore boobs at 6 dpo

It’s just the result of high progesterone, which increases immediately following ovulation and remains elevated whether you get pregnant or not (until your period, if you’re not). 
True pregnancy symptoms do not begin until approximately 6 weeks. Anything prior to that is simply high progesterone.

I have sore breast as a pms symptom so I don’t really know when mine started but what I can say is they persisted to hurt even well after my bfp. Only way to really know is wait to test.
