What y’all think ?

I missed my period on the 17 of last month started spotting on the 28 and still spotting till now. Nothing heavy just spotting light pink then brown then it goes back light. Not cramping at all. Took a test on the day before missed period and it came out faint positive then took another one and it’s faint. Doctor did blood work and it came out <3. But having pregnancy symptoms. And all test coming out faint.
