You should still be waiting 6+ weeks just like you would a vaginal delivery. It doesn’t matter how you birthed your child. Your uterus is still an open wound.

My dr cleared me at my 5 week apt. So between week 5-6

I wasn’t dilated at all when I had mine. My doctor gave me the clear at 3 weeks pp

I waited 11 weeks before having sex after my c section

Both times I was 6 weeks pp. I was cleared though at 5 weeks pp with my second, but I wanted to wait until 6 weeks as I did with my first.
