Morning sick food?

Is anyone else constantly nauseous 24/7? Yes, I am on unisom. I am at the point where I don’t want any food. What are you eating?

currently trying to stick to fruits to curb my sickness- but at the very least some mashed potatoes or saltines just to have something on my stomach has helped some

I’ve been eating mainly saltines, mashed potatoes, apple sauce, popsicles, and cereal since my morning sickness started. I still try to eat fruits and veggies, but drink V8 juice to help with it.

I have found baked potatoes sometimes help me and it at least gets something in my stomach!
