Only 4 weeks pregnant 🤰 and having all this symptoms. Anyone else like me????

I am super tired 😴, always sleepy, still having cramps in my lower back and abdomen only on left side. I feel hungry all the time. When I eat I end up with a heartburn. Is this normal cause I think it’s still early for all this to happen??? 
PS: my first time being pregnant 🤰

I am 4 weeks and 5 days with my first.
I had all the symptoms super early from 2 weeks 4 days (literally a week after I ovulated).
Morning sickness/nausea, dry skin and lips, extra hungry and if I didn’t eat I’d feel sick, super tired, heartburn, feeling faint if I was up and moving too much.
But I’ve found it’s really all calmed down the last three days.
I’m still fatigued but yesterday and today it seems to be easier.. I actually was able to stay up until 11pm last night ! 
And lots of cramps this week.

I’m 5wks today with my second. I’m always tired & I‘m so bloated that I feel like I’m further along that what I really am. I’m constantly nauseous this time around. I’m always hungry.
I’m getting so impatient. I’m ready for my first ultrasound so I can see how many are there. Twins run in my husbands family & mine... so this is excruciating to wait until I’m closer to 9wks to get one. 
As of right now, I have an April 10, 2021 due date.

I’m 4 weeks and 6 days with my first and I have them all too!! I had to tell my in laws because I don’t last a day without being sick! My smell is extremely heightened and I’m so so tired all the time! And I have cravings for crumpets! It’s crazy really!! Xx

4w2days. I’m shattered but unsure if it’s psychological lol. Have any of you managed to get a doctors app to confirm? I only found out yesterday that I’m pregnant and it hasn’t set in yet! Due date 16th April. Which would have been my first year anniversary if corona hadn’t moved my date!

5w5d. 1st time pregnant. Lower abdominal cramps and back on right side. Seldom on the left side. Occasional right side groin dull ache. I'm sleeping most of the time despite having a good 8-9hr sleep.  My cramps are mostly mild to moderate in nature but it goes away once i change position or pass gas (lol).

Yep! Heartburn is so real but i’m always STARVING 😅😅😅 My cramps are on my right side and i’ve been getting extremely bloated after every meal 😫

Im almost 6 weeks with my 4th baby! And headaches are pretty bad! Iam super tired, NEVER hungry🤢 and super nauseous 🙏🏼praying for healthy baby and 30+weeks!
