Glass of wine during TWW?

Question

Would drinking a glass of wine or two during your TWW affect implantation? I’d love to enjoy a glass or two but do not want to do anything that could jeopardize our chances. We’ve been trying for 5 months now and would really love this month to be our month. I am 4 DPO.

My doctor said there’s no reason to refrain from alcohol until you have a positive pregnancy test.

You are perfectly fine enjoying a glass of wine!! Just don’t stress out your body by getting drunk. Pregnant or not, you shouldn’t ever drink too much

I don’t know that it actually affects implantation, but I read a study that found it can affect umbilical cord development-even if you drink in small amounts during your TWW. Just one study but take it as you will 🤷‍♀️
