Period question

I havent had a period in 71 days. Until yesterday that is. You would think it would be hell for me this week but all i did yesturday was spot. And im spotting today to the point its almost gone. Usually it lasts for 5 days very heavy. I tried making an appointment with the gyno but there not taking appointments unless its an emergency or if your pregnant. Theres no way at all that im pregnant. I dont ovulate. Im just worried because this isnt normal for me
