Cleaning out my basement

Ugh so my basement is a complete cluttered disaster. I guess over the years everything that didn’t have a place upstairs got out into the basement. What a mistake that was. Our basement is undeveloped so basically it’s just one big room with a cement floor and our furnace, hot water tank, deep freeze and washer and dryer. Everything else is just clutter, clothes and toys my child has outgrown, Christmas decorations, easter decorations, party stuff, clothes I haven’t worn in ages, my husbands collection of sneakers, a shit ton of his clothes, art we never got around to putting up, my infant daughters larger toys that can’t stay upstairs as they take up too much space, she stroller trike thingy, and anything else you could imagine. It seriously looks like a room from the show hoarders and I am so embarrassed to admit that. I need to get it organized and decluttered. I’d love to drywall the area and turn it into a play room/exercise room but In order to do that I have a ton of work to do first.

Any tips or suggestions? I’ve been down there for about an hour and I feel numb, I have no idea where to start. I also am so limited with the time I have to clean as my daughter is a year old so her nap time is my cleaning time.
