7 weeks pregnant tanish discharge

So im 7 weeks pregnant today and im having a tanish kind of discharge that occurs everytime i wipe i had an appointment 2 days ago and baby had a heartbeat im hoping this isnt the start of a miscarriage 😢 also yesterday i felt a pinch of like my cervix and it happed today also
