Poor morphology-IUI?

Hey all. After a long 2 yrs of TTC we finally got a semen analysis done for my husband. (Could’ve been done in March but THANKS COVID!) he has the poorest morphology you can have, but he has a ton and motility is great. Has anyone had to do IUI for this or straight to IVF? He’s taking a ton of fish oil to help this issue hopefully in a natural way but I’m not banking on it.

My husbands morphology is 2% and the range should be 4%-14% Dr said some people worked for them.. so we r still trying

We did IUI with asthenozoospermia (severe low motility), poor morphology, and a count of 3 million. We were told 6 years ago we need to do IVF but while we’re saving up for it we found a specialist that will do IUIs. Sperm changes every 3 months so it could improve. I recommend FertileAid for Men, Count Boost and Motility Boost

Same boat here. Once COVID starts to die down we are on to IVF. My husband has tried everything and nothing has worked. Did your dr recommend COQ10?

If it is zero with majority of defects in heads of sperm, ivf icsi only option. Just ivf probably wont work too. Took us 1 year and like a protocol of very healthy diet plus many suppliments to go back to normal sample. Not sure it will stay like that though. We are continuing with ivf  due to my age now. Just had my second ivf icsi biochemical pregnancy.
