Last week my husband and I agreed to move forward with donor eggs. We picked out a donor that resembled me in a handful of ways. We could even be cousins, it was pretty close. Prior to even discussing donor eggs, my sister offered her own eggs before we tried <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a> with my OE. I never thought I would take her up on her offer, thinking about my sisters eggs and my husbands sperm. I just kept think they are making the baby. However, yesterday something clicked while I was having coffee. I wanted to use my sister, I wanted my future child to have our dna and at least resemble me more than a anonymous donor. So we are moving forward with my sister. Man, it’s scary. Has anyone used their sister?

We both have to see a psychologist, I’ve never been to counseling before- What should I expect?
