Black and blue bruising after C- section?

Hey mommies!
I just delivered my daughter on the 3rd. And now that's it's been a few days my vagina is swollen and bruised! Like shocking, like vagina fight club. It's also bruising all around my pelvic area. It was a pretty rough C-section. Anywho please let me know it's normal. My doctor's office hasn't answered any of my calls and the voicemail is full ,( beyond unprofessional ) so I didn't talk to anyone. Thanks!!

Very normal. Had my second c section last week. It basically looks like someone kicked you super hard in the pelvic. I’m just past a week and finally the swelling is almost gone and bruising is turning yellow.

I don’t know about the vaginal bruising I for sure didn’t have that but I did get the other bruising from the surgery! I had bruising all the way up to my belly button with my second baby. But I also bruise very easily!

Honestly, that doesn’t sound normal to me or at least not c-section related? I just had my second c-section on Wednesday and the only bruising I have is from the spinal block (I have a messed up back and they always have trouble getting anything into my spine) and from the IV and shots I’ve been getting over the days. I mean, your vagina doesn’t actually get touched during a c-section. My incision/ scar aren’t bruised either

After my first I don’t remember any bruising and I was in labor over 20 hours and fully dilated before the c section. I can’t think of why you’d have bruises... maybe near the incision, but not all around. If they don’t answer, try calling the hospital.

Like has it been "normal bruised" all the time? Or getting worse?
I am no medical expert, and I didn't have "bruising" you describe. But I think it might be pretry normal, at least not something to rush to doctor right away. But if it is getting worse, I would get it checked out soon. Because bruising can also be because of hemorrhaging, and that is a thing you don't want.
