Okay so the is my first day taking the Premama birth control cleanse since being off birth control my cycle is all jacked up. December of 2019 I decided to get the depo shot my next shot was due in feb but I decided not to get the second shot and just switch to birth control pills in March that I only took for the month of March 🤦🏾‍♀️ so need cycle April and first cycle in May was baddd off and has been since then. It’s like when my “regular” cycle was at its 5 days I would stop having period flow and would just spot for like 13 days after then and has been doing that since I started back getting a “period”. This is supposed to help with that and get your body prepare for a baby and regulate your cycle. I hope this works at least to regulate me even if I don’t get pregnant it’ll still be very easier to tell things like it was when I was regular.
