How to build credit

My score is a 535😩 I really need help building it I’m 22 and I work full time. I tried searching but I just come across scam information or videos. Is there a way you can do it with a bank you bank with or how to get approved for anything to help build it. I didn’t get taught much about credit when living with my parents
