Unprotected sex and ovulation?

So I had unprotected sex two days ago and I took a ovulation strip today and this is what came out. He didn’t cum in me but in round two cum definitely got in me since most was unprotected. What does this mean?

I have PCOS and ttc for 2 years and nothing i did worked. After a bunch of research I come across Geritol (which is a vitamin) aka “baby at the bottom of a bottle” after 2 weeks of taking it I got pregnant! I swear by this vitamin.
