TMI Mucus plug?

Got my cervix checked yesterday. Been having mild Braxton Hicks contractions 37 weeks regularly. I went swimming and felt a gush like I peed myself come out in the pool... got out and checked my baiting suit bottoms and this was in there .... what is this ?!

This doesn't look like a mucus plug to me. The gush was most likely amniotic fluid. I would honestly go to the hospital, I think your water broke.

Just looks like normal daily discharge.

Looks like its discharge or a very very very small amount of you're mucus plug. You will get a big bit of discharge with a slight pink tinge and that's your actual mucus plug. Some people lose it in parts though but I wouldnt say that's loads.
