Nope, we feel it’s not necessary and there’s no reason to cause unnecessary pain to our son. Routine infant circumcision is pointless. Although we were harassed by every single nurse and doctor that came into the room at the hospital, and every single nurse we saw at the pediatrician’s office. If there was a medical reason for it, we would.

I was 100% convinced I was going to circumcise my twin boy when they were born. They ended up spending 3 days in the NICU and when they left their little hands were so bruised, it broke my heart. After seeing that, I didn’t have the heart to go through with the circumcision. For them it would have been purely cosmetic and I didn’t want them going through anymore pain. At their first doctors appointment their doctor asked if we were doing it. When I replied “no” she was relieved and said “good, it’s not necessary”. In the end, I’m happy I listened to my heart and didn’t go through with it. They’re absolutely perfect as they are.
