I'm 22 sexually active not on any birth control for first time ever had cramping after so call period well light bleeding ,took some medicine felt nauseous like had to throw up & tired, stomach cramping like period coming light cramping but just going off days ago ,breast sore when touch could I be pregnant ?😥
