Hoping this sticks 😭

We had a miscarriage in January of 2019 and haven’t been able to get pregnant since. We found out I have hashimotos/current hyperthyroidism. I felt weird all last week and took a test Sunday and it was a BFN. Fast forward to Wednesday last week and I took a test and it looked like the first one. I went to my OB, they did blood testing and said my progesterone looked great at 19.6 and my HCG was at 42. She wanted to see me back Friday and said the lower HCG could just be late implationation and early pregnancy. Went back on Friday and waiting until tomorrow but decided to take a test today and the test line looks a bit darker. Hoping this sticks and is a little bean ❤️❤️ my boobs are a little sore but I don’t really have any symptoms other than some cramps here and there
